The Palace Hotel in Aveiro features a beautiful old building that perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including fresh fruits, eggs, and good pastries. The location right by the canal proved to be perfect for exploring the area. Staff were polite and helpful, even assisting with luggage storage. My experience was slightly marred by the size of the room. It felt a bit cramped for two people, especially with limited space for our luggage. Noise from nearby bars disrupted our peace, particularly at night. I appreciated the ambiance, yet I hope for improvements in room size and sound insulation.

A perfect location overlooking the canal, with helpful staff and modern amenities. Breakfast options were good and well-stocked.
Room sizes felt cramped and often lacked adequate space for luggage. Noise from nearby bars disrupted peace during the night.

Competent staff and stunning location adjacent to two main canals, the centre of the resort, and the central roundabout of Aveiro, which has been built over the canal. Also, close to all attractions. Double room with big windows.
-
missingWrote a review on 14 Octbathroom size
The bathroom facilities left much to be desired. Doors to the small bathroom opened only partially due to space constraints. There were delays in room cleaning, and the breakfast, while satisfactory, felt overpriced compared to nearby options.

Outstanding food, excellent service and GREAT view of the bay. Central location, relatively close to Salinas de Aveiro. The restaurant was good, for lunch and dinner.

The hotel was excellent and in a remote location really close to a stone's throw from the Forum, and the main roundabout. I was surprised at nearby Confeitaria Peixinho, they had some goodies, drinks. The rooms were good and individual with a lovely bed.
